hair haiku
A couple weeks ago, we went outside as a class to make some observations on the playground and write haiku about those observations. This day was a particularly windy day in Chihuahua, and papers flew, along with my hair. Some of my students did not find inspiration in the scenery of their playground, so they instead chose to write haiku about the appearance of my hair as it blew in the wind. I'll let you see for yourself the breadth of their creativity:
face looks confused
her hair is a fluffy bear
hair gets brushed later
The air is going wild now
The black kite wiggles up high
It goes on and on
